This role involves delivering goods directly into customers'' homes or businesses, assembling products where required, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Duties and Responsibilities Deliver high-value products safely and professionally. Unpack, assemble, position, and install products at customer premises. Remove packaging and leave the delivery area clean and tidy. Carry out manual handling and heavy lifting as part of a two-person team. Complete delivery paperwork and obtain proof of delivery. Provide a first-class customer experience and act as an ambassador for the business. Report any delivery issues, damages, or customer concerns promptly. Follow all health and safety procedures. Requirements Previous delivery, installation, removals, or white glove experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Good level of physical fitness. Ability to work flexibly, including occasional weekends. Full UK Driving Licence (if driver position). Reliable, professional, and well-presented.
