Driver''s Mate - Kitchen DeliveriesLocation: Various locations across the regionHours: Monday to Friday (start times usually between 05:00 - 05:30)Duration: Ongoing, full-time workPay: TBC (dependent on client/site)Role OverviewWe are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Driver''s Mates to join a busy delivery team. You will support the driver in delivering kitchen units and appliances directly to customers'' homes, including flats and properties with stairs. This is a physically demanding role and requires someone who is comfortable with manual handling throughout the working day.Key Responsibilities Assisting the driver with the safe loading and unloading of kitchens and associated items Delivering goods into the customer''s room of choice (including upstairs where required) Providing excellent customer service at every delivery location Working safely and following manual handling guidelines Using delivery notes and recording paperwork as needed Ensuring vehicles are kept tidy and goods handled carefully Working as part of a 2-person team to plan each delivery appropriately About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to be: Physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy items Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Confident interacting with customers in their homes A good team player with a helpful attitude Able to work long shifts (typically between 8-12 hours per day) What We Offer Monday to Friday work - no weekends ..... full job details .....
