Drivers Mate

Rapier Employment-are on the lookout for Drivers Mates to join our well-established client based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. This is potentially temp to perm for the right candidates.

The right candidate must hold a Full UK Licence. This role also involves working away Monday to Friday around the UK.

Role:-Drivers mate/Crew member
Salary:--13.00 per hour. Overtime paid x1.5
Days:-Monday to Friday with occasional weekends if/when required
Expected hours:-45 hours per week
Night out allowance:--15 per night

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

• Work with drivers and plant operatives on installation and recovery throughout the UK
• Work as a two/three person crew which includes nights away in accommodation
• Have a Full UK licence. You will be following the main truck in a vehicle provided by site
• Follow exact directions and be able to assist with installing/removing products
• Making sure products are ready for transport
• Work a flexible schedule (days, nights, potential weekends)
• Work away from home Monday to Friday

Full training will be provided, with development opportunities, and ability to progress within the company.

Required:

• Full UK driving licence
• No more than 3 points on licence
• Flexible working
• Working away from home

Desired/Preferred:

• CSCS-card desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
