Location: Thurrock

Pay: -12.50 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM starts (with occasional Saturdays)

Job Description:
We are recruiting Drivers Mates on a temp-to-perm basis for a leading electronic appliance supplier. You will work alongside a 7.5t Delivery Driver, helping to deliver and install appliances into customers'' homes while providing excellent customer service. This role involves heavy lifting and physical work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the driver with deliveries of electronic appliances

• Help deliver items safely to customers'' rooms of choice

• Support with the installation and setup of appliances (training provided)

• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently

• Remove and recycle packaging where possible

• Provide professional, friendly customer service at every delivery

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage

• Physically fit and able to lift and manoeuvre heavy items safely

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high service standards
