The Role As a Driver / Waste Operative, you''ll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You''ll be out on the road completing waste collections, clearances, and operational tasks across domestic and commercial properties, helping ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the standards our customers expect. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role where no two days are quite the same. You''ll be trusted to get stuck in, work safely, represent the business professionally, and support the wider team wherever needed. What You''ll Be Doing Carrying out multi-drop waste collections and clearance works across domestic and commercial sites Driving company vehicles up to 3.5t safely and responsibly Loading, unloading, lifting, and moving waste materials safely and efficiently Supporting site clearances, basic cleaning, gardening, labouring duties, and general operational tasks Completing waste documentation, vehicle ..... full job details .....
