Due to their continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced trainer who can assist with the next stage of their growth journey.

On offer is a hands on role where you will provide training to learners, whilst also overseeing the day to day running of the academy, helping to grow the team and shape the future of the business.

The Role:
* Deliver HGV and PCV driver training in line with DVSA standards
* Support learners through Category C / C+E and PCV licence training
* Oversee the day to day running of the Driver Training Academy at Otley
* Provide coaching, structure and constructive feedback to develop safe driving skills

The Person:
* Qualified and experienced HGV and/or PCV Driver Trainer
* Previous management or team leadership experience
* Strong knowledge of driver safety and DVSA standards
* Confident working independently and taking ownership of delivery
