      <description>Location: Corringham | Salary: &amp;pound;40000 - &amp;pound;50000/annum | Type: Permanent | Driver Training and Development Manager - London Gateway - Up to -50,000   An experienced Driver Training &amp; Development Manager responsible for leading and developing driver training, assessment, compliance and performance programmes across a multi-site transport operation. Focused on ensuring drivers operate safely, professionally and in full compliance with legal, operational and customer requirements. Responsible for driving continuous improvement through effective onboarding, coaching, performance management, incident investigation and compliance monitoring while supporting a strong safety culture throughout the business.   Key Responsibilities    Driver Recruitment, Onboarding &amp; Development    Support the recruitment, assessment and onboarding of new drivers, ensuring all processes are completed compliantly and efficiently.  Develop and continuously improve driver induction and onboarding programmes to ensure drivers are fully prepared for operational requirements.
