Here at GXO, we have an opportunity to join us as Driver Training Manager, to join our Sherburn-in-Elmet team for our customer Sainsburys. You''ll take the lead in developing and supporting our professional driving team, delivering training programmes, driving compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture. Working closely with Transport, Health and Safety, HR, and customer stakeholders, you''ll play a key role in improving driver performance, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring regulatory excellence across a busy and dynamic logistics environment. This is a full time, permanent position based on site in Sherburn-in-Elmet. Working Monday to Friday with start times flexing between 16:00 to 24:00 and 18:00 to 02:00 (flexibility required for business needs).
