As a Driver Trainer leading the training for our van drivers, you''ll play a key role in delivering high-quality driver training and coaching, helping improve safety, compliance and performance across our transport operation. Working closely with site and central teams, you''ll ensure drivers meet the highest standards while supporting GXO''s commitment to Safety First and continuous improvement.This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. The operation runs between 06:00 to 23:00, 7 days per week, so shifts will need to be scheduled within those hours to ensure all driver training and inductions are actioned accordingly.
