Driver, Test and Run

We have an opportunity for a Driver, Test and Run based in Dudley for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established plant and machinery hire with sites across the UK.

Summary of the Driver, Test and Run role 

Salary: £26,000 - £27,000
Location: Dudley
Type of Contract: Permanent 
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities of the Driver, Test and Run

• Deliver and collect equipment to various locations.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Deliver stock as and when required to cover absences.
• Assist in the external breakdowns of equipment. 
• General servicing and cleaning of equipment prior to loading.
• General workshop duties.

Requirements for a successful Driver, Test and Run

• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Previous experience within a similar hands-on role, working with machinery and industrial equipment.
• Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment. 
• Good communication skills.
