RMS Recruitment are currently hiring for an experienced and motivated Driver Recruiter to join a leading automotive client in the Wix area. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role focused on recruiting, onboarding, and retaining drivers to support ongoing operational growth and continuity within the Road business. Location: Wix AreaSalary: Up to £35,000 per annum (Negotiable)Contract: Permanent Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence Essential The Role:As a Driver Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for drivers from sourcing and interviewing candidates through to onboarding and retention. You ll play a key role in ensuring a consistent supply of qualified, engaged drivers while delivering an excellent candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Sourcing Proactively source driver candidates using social media platforms and digital recruitment toolsConduct daily searches across job boards and recruitment channelsMaintain a strong presence on Facebook and other recruitment platformsBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential candidatesPromote the business and driver opportunities effectivelyClearly explain role requirements, company operations, and employment termsSupport diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout recruitment activities 2.
