As a Customer Service Team Member (what we call our Customer Delivery Drivers), you''ll be one of the people local customers rely on. From weekly shops and family dinners to those last-minute essentials, you''ll help keep homes across the community moving. You''ll take to the road in one of our delivery vans, follow a pre-planned route and deliver each order with a smile. Our technology takes care of the route planning and your van will be loaded ready for you, so you can focus on driving safely, providing great service and doing the job well. Your Stoke journey starts here If you join us between 12th October 2026 and 2nd November 2026, you''ll complete your training and initial deliveries from one of our two already established sites, either Dordon and Nottingham. From 9th November 2026, all training and deliveries will move to our brand-new Stoke-on-Trent site. We know that the temporary change of location may mean additional travel, so Ocado Logistics will cover any extra travel costs during the transition.
