You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient property turnover while maintaining a clean and organized work environment and adhering to health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Clear out void properties, including removing fixtures, fittings, and furniture. Collaborate with the voids team for efficient property turnover. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Assist in other labouring tasks as required. Qualifications: Valid driving licence - vehicle provided. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of safety practices in construction or maintenance environments.
