This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with experience working in social housing, construction, grounds maintenance, or property services.Your new roleAs a Driver Labourer, your duties will include:Driving a company vehicle between housing estates and work locationsAssisting with property and estate maintenance worksCarrying out general labouring duties as requiredCompleting minor repairs and basic maintenance tasksSupporting internal and external painting and decorating worksConducting litter picks across estates and communal areasRemoving rubbish, fly-tipping, and bulky waste itemsAssisting with clear landing proceduresHelping to maintain clean, safe, and well-presented communal areasWhat you''ll need to succeedPrevious experience as a Driver Labourer, Labourer, Estate Operative, Caretaker, Grounds Maintenance Operative, or similar roleExperience working in social housing, construction, facilities management, or property maintenance environmentsAbility to carry out manual handling and physically demanding workGood understanding of health and safety proceduresReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyFull ..... full job details .....
