Freightserve are looking to recruit a Driver for a well-established Courier company that is based in the Heathrow area. As a Delivery driver you are responsible for collecting and transporting safely the delivering of a range of items to designated locations, ensuring all shipments are delivered on time. As the face for The company you will create the first impression to the Customer for the service provided. Duties and Responsibilities:- Loading, transporting, anddelivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner. Collection and Delivery of shipments Reviewing orders before and afterdelivery to ensure that orders are complete. Making sure the customer is satisfied. Customer service (Be the first point of contact with the customer). Qualifications/Skills Excellent knowledge of London Great Customer Service skills Calm driving manner. Flexibility with the skill to change task in a timely fashion Organisation skills, to have the ability to priorities tasks. Completing a van check sheet daily Keeping vehicle clean and tidy Checking the back of the van after every shift to ensure that nothing has been missed Unloading of van and job count Reconciliation of collection with return to dept task. This position is Monday to Friday 11am -8pm, overtime available, van for business use only but can travel to work and home. Must be over 25 due to insurance purposes.
