Pertemps Edinburgh Contracts is seeking a Driver Attendant to join a client’s team in Edinburgh. This full-time temporary position follows a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 09.30-20.15 with a 90-minute break, paying £14.27 per hour rising to £15.59. The role requires a valid UK driving licence. Duties involve ensuring public toilet facilities remain clean, well-stocked, and presentable. Responsibilities include routine cleaning and sanitising of surfaces, floors, and fixtures, plus restocking toilet paper, soap, and hand towels. Any maintenance issues or damages must be reported promptly. This post requires a PVG check, costing £59 for new applications or £18 for updates. Immediate start available.

The Driver Attendant will:
- Hold a UK drivers licence
- Ensure all toilet facilities are clean, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.
- Carry out routine cleaning and sanitising of surfaces, floors, and fixtures.
- Restock toiletries, such as toilet paper, soap, and hand towels.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
