About The Role:We''re looking for a proactive Driver Account Manager to keep our warehouse operations running smoothly and ensure every customer receives their appliance on time. You''ll take ownership of preparing delivery and installation runs each morning, monitoring progress throughout the day, and resolving any issues quickly and professionally.This is a hands-on role where you''ll support our self-loading depot, ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and compliant, and provide ongoing assistance to our Drivers, Quality, and People teams. Monitor operations throughout the day, resolving issues promptly to maintain service standards. Check all vehicles leaving the depot for security, legality, and compliance with transport legislation. Complete daily in-house reports for the Depot Manager. Support and guide drivers, handling queries professionally and efficiently. Conduct alcohol testing when required and ensure compliance with company policies. Manage transhipping and reloads to keep operations flowing smoothly.
