This is an opportunity to make a direct impact through intensive 1:1 intervention work with high-harm perpetrators as part of a nationally recognised, multi-agency programme focused on reducing abuse and improving safety outcomes. The Role You’ll work directly with high-risk perpetrators identified through MARAC and DAPP processes, delivering targeted interventions designed to challenge behaviour, reduce risk, and drive long-term change.
