Working as a Drilling Fluid Production Operator in Southampton, you will join a permanent team focused on the safe, accurate mixing and supply of drilling fluids for wells and platforms. Your duties involve preparing equipment for rig up and rig down, operating machinery to competency standards, and supporting field and maintenance crews with pre-job preparations. You will also contribute to toolbox talks. The role offers a salary between £20,000 and £34,000 per annum. We seek someone with practical mechanical aptitude, a strong commitment to safety protocols, and the ability to work precisely under set timelines. Prior experience in a similar operational or industrial environment is advantageous.

Requirements
Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.
Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
