About the Role
This permanent Drilling Fluid Production Operator position in Southampton supports a team delivering safe, precise and on-time mixing, blending and supply of fluids to wells and drilling platforms. Working as part of a crew, the operator prepares equipment for rig up and rig down, runs machinery in line with competency level and job requirements, and assists field and maintenance colleagues with equipment readiness. Contributing to toolbox meetings and pre-job preparation forms part of the routine. Applicants should be practical, safety-conscious and reliable, with the mechanical aptitude to handle blending plant and the discipline to follow procedures precisely. The salary range is 20,000 to 34,000 per annum, dependent on experience and competence.
