It is a heavy industrial environment, and experience as a dresser within a foundry is essential. You will complete 4 weeks of day-shift training before moving onto the night shift pattern. Key Responsibilities; Operate automatic grinding machinery to finish castings. Carry out hand grinding, dressing, and linishing tasks. Inspect castings and ensure all quality standards are met. Follow all health and safety procedures within a foundry environment. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Work effectively within a small, supportive team.
