We are working with a company who are looking for a Drawing Office Manager to lead the drafting and detailing teamThis successful business have made their mark for over 40 years, specialising in delivering a range or projects, namely across steelwork and construction sites Duties will include: Lead and manage the Drawing Office team, ensuring high-quality and error-free drawings. Coordinate resources, workloads, and timescales to meet project deadlines and milestones. Act as the central contact for Project Managers, supporting design changes and early planning. Work closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure smooth and timely drawing handovers. Run Kick-Off Meetings, Technical Reviews, and weekly meetings What you''ll need: Experience managing a drawing office or design team in an engineering environment. Strong technical background in drafting, detailing, or engineering (materials handling experience a plus).
