      <description>Location: Falmouth | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | As the Draughtsperson you will be working on M&amp;E construction projects, primarily within the water and wastewater industry, producing high-quality drawings and models using industry-standard software (both 2D and 3D design).  You will play a key role in supporting project delivery, including contributing to estimates, installation drawings, as-built documentation, and operation &amp; maintenance manuals.  Working closely with the engineering team, you’ll develop detailed designs from initial concepts, adapting and refining models and drawings to ensure they are clear, accurate, and practical for use on site.
