Key Stage 3 Drama / Performing Arts Teacher Maternity Cover 4 Days per Week Start ASAP We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Key Stage 3 Drama / Performing Arts Teacher to join our team on a maternity cover basis, starting as soon as possible. The Role Teaching Drama/Performing Arts across Key Stage 3 Delivering engaging, practical, and inclusive lessons that inspire creativity and confidence Planning, preparing, and assessing in line with the national curriculum Supporting students of varying abilities to develop performance skills, collaboration, and self-expression Contributing to the wider school community, including performances or enrichment activities where appropriate Contract Details Start: ASAP Duration: Maternity cover (fixed term) Working Pattern: 4 days per week The Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable but not essential depending on experience) Experience teaching Drama or Performing Arts at KS3 level Passionate about the arts and committed to delivering high-quality teaching Strong classroom management and communication skills A team player with a positive and flexible attitude What We Offer A supportive and welcoming school environment Engaged and enthusiastic students Opportunities to contribute creatively to the department A well-resourced performing arts provision If you are a dynamic and motivated Drama teacher eager to make an immediate impact, we would love to hear from you.
