What you''ll be doing: You''ll be designing and delivering engaging Drama lessons, covering a wide range of theatrical styles, practitioners, and performance techniques, across Key Stages 3 and 4, with exciting potential for Key Stage 5. It''s about encouraging creativity, active participation, and individual expression through performance, improvisation, and critical analysis. You''ll support and lead various theatrical clubs and productions, contributing to the school''s thriving extra-curricular drama programme. What we''re looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Drama. Experience teaching engaging and effective Drama lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 is highly desirable. Strong theatrical ability, including performance and directing skills, and a broad knowledge of theatre history and contemporary performance.
