This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students through the performing arts and join a supportive school environment with opportunities available for an immediate start or from September.Applications are welcomed from both experienced Drama teachers and ECTs.The RoleAs a Drama Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering creativity, confidence, and self-expression in students. You will play an important role in promoting participation in performing arts and supporting extracurricular activities where appropriate.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with curriculum expectationsCreate a positive and engaging learning environmentSupport students in developing performance, communication, and teamwork skillsMaintain high standards of behaviour and classroom managementContribute to school productions and enrichment activities where appropriateRequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentExperience teaching Drama within a UK secondary school settingStrong classroom management and communication skillsA passion for performing ..... full job details .....
