We are currently recruiting a talented and enthusiastic Drama Teacher for a secondary school in Dover, starting in September 2025. Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Teach Drama across KS3 and KS4, with the potential for KS5 teaching

  
  



• 
  

  Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that encourage student creativity and critical thinking

  
  



• 
  

  Support students in developing performance skills, both individually and in groups

  
  



• 
  

  Organise and lead extracurricular drama activities, such as school productions or drama clubs

  
  



• 
  

  Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development

  
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• 
  

  A qualified Drama Teacher with a passion for theatre and performance

  
  



• 
  

  Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Drama (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential)

  
  



• 
  

  Strong communication and classroom management skills

  
  



• 
  

  Creative and inspiring, with the ability to engage students in the subject
