Location:-Ealing-Role:-Drama Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver-creative-and challenging-Drama-lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
- Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of dramatic techniques and theatrical styles within-Drama, fostering-creativity.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Creative Arts to share best practice and enhance the-Drama-curriculum within our-creative school.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in-Drama, valuing-creative-development.
- Direct and support school-drama-productions and extracurricular-drama-clubs, encouraging-creative-participation.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in-Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching-Drama-at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply) with a focus on-creativity.
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of-Drama-and theatre, with experience in fostering-creative-performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students in-Drama-through-creative-activities.
- A passion for fostering-creativity-and performance skills through-Drama-within a-creative school-environment.
