The Role: What You'll Be Doing
As a Drama Teacher, you'll:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, including GCSE and A-Level Drama and Theatre Studies.
- Foster a love for theatrical exploration through practical workshops, script analysis, and performance opportunities.
- Plan and deliver creative schemes of work that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress rigorously, providing timely and constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Direct and produce school plays, productions, and showcases, encouraging student involvement in all aspects of theatre.

- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field. ECTs are welcome to apply.
- Has proven experience and a strong track record of success in teaching Drama up to A-Level.
- Possesses outstanding subject knowledge, practical theatre skills, and a genuine passion for drama education.
