The-Role

As-a-Drama-&-Dance-Teacher,-you-will:

• Plan-and-deliver-engaging-Drama-and-Dance-lessons-across-KS3-and-KS4
• Create-a-positive-and-inclusive-learning-environment
• Encourage-creativity,-self-expression,-and-confidence-in-students
• Assess,-monitor,-and-support-student-progress
• Contribute-to-school-productions,-performances,-and-extracurricular-activities-where-appropriate
• Work-collaboratively-with-colleagues-to-maintain-high-standards-of-teaching-and-learning
• Manage-classroom-behaviour-effectively-in-line-with-school-policies

The-Ideal-Candidate

We-are-looking-for-someone-who-has:

• Qualified-Teacher-Status-(QTS)-or-equivalent-recognised-teaching-qualification
• Experience-teaching-Drama-and/or-Dance-at-secondary-level
• Strong-classroom-management-skills
• Excellent-communication-and-organisational-abilities
• A-genuine-passion-for-performing-arts-education
• The-ability-to-motivate-and-engage-learners-of-varying-abilities
