You won''t be sitting behind a desk all day.You''ll be responsible for making sure jobs are planned properly, carried out safely, completed to a high standard and delivered efficiently - while supporting and leading the engineers on the ground.What will you be doing?Supervising and supporting drainage engineers across a range of commercial drainage worksTaking responsibility for the day-to-day running of jobs and making sure work is completed correctlyEnsuring teams work safely and in line with company procedures and relevant legislationActing as the link between the operational team, customers and managementHelping engineers resolve issues on site and making decisions when jobs don''t go to planMaintaining high standards of workmanship, customer service and professionalismMonitoring job progress and making sure work is completed within agreed timescalesSupporting the planning and coordination of labour, vehicles and equipmentCarrying out site visits and providing practical ..... full job details .....
