We''re looking for an experienced Drainage Operative who enjoys working as part of a supportive team, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and is committed to making a positive impact on every project. Travel, working away, and occasional night and weekend working form part of this varied, hands-on role. What You''ll Be Doing Supporting the delivery of drainage and infrastructure projects across the UK. Working closely with colleagues to install, maintain and repair drainage systems. Contributing to safe, efficient excavation and reinstatement activities. Following site drawings, specifications and safe systems of work. Helping maintain high standards of safety, quality and environmental care. Supporting the successful delivery of highways and civil engineering works. What You''ll Bring We''re looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, building positive relationships and taking pride in a job well done, alongside: Experience in highways drainage installation and maintenance.
