This is a key leadership role within the business. Drainage plays a central role and supports a number of services including damp, roofing, pest control, plumbing, leak detection, and restoration. You will be managing an established team of around 13 staff, with the objective of growing and strengthening the division over the next 12 months. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership, build a team, improve systems, and play a major role in the continued growth of the business. What We''re Looking For Based within 1 hour of Fulham (SW6) Full UK driving licence At least 5 years'' experience managing drainage operations or similar field-based teams Strong technical knowledge of: CCTV surveys Jetting and lining Excavations and repairs Surface water systems and rainwater goods Experience handling reactive works and emergency callouts Strong leadership and communication skills Commercial awareness - able to manage costs, margins, and productivity Good understanding of health & safety standards Experience...
