This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale infrastructure scheme, overseeing drainage operations while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Drainage Foreman-Key Responsibilities Supervising drainage gangs and coordinating daily site activities. Overseeing the installation of surface water and foul water drainage systems. Managing pipe laying, manholes, catch pits, chambers, culverts, and associated drainage works. Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, health & safety requirements, and programme deadlines. Coordinating plant, labour, and materials to maintain productivity. Liaising with Site Engineers, Site Agents, subcontractors, and the wider project team. Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks, and ensuring a safe working environment. Maintaining quality standards and resolving on-site issues as they arise.
