Drainage EngineerMy client is seeking a skilled and motivated Drainage Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale residential development projects across England and locally in Didcot. The client works with a variety of house builders and Local Authorities across the country and is looking for a Drainage Engineer to join their specialist team in Oxford.As a Drainage Engineer, your responsibilities will include:Preparing and producing Flood Risk Assessments (FRA) for residential development projects.Designing and implementing effective drainage systems tailored to project requirements.Ensuring compliance with relevant section agreements and industry standards.Collaborating with Lead Local Flood Authorities (LLFAs) to secure necessary approvals.Completing drainage designs using MicroDrainage or Flow for S104, S106, and S278 agreements.Providing technical expertise and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.Candidates should have a strong academic background in civil engineering and experience in completing Flood Risk Assessments (FRA) and drainage design for residential projects using MicroDrainage or Flow. Experience with residential and commercial projects is beneficial.This role requires attendance in the office 3 days a week.
