The role will focus on the investigation, design and delivery of flood-risk, highway drainage and coastal-defence schemes across the area. You will support the council in fulfilling its responsibilities as a Lead Local Flood Authority, Coastal Protection Authority and Highway Authority, while helping to deliver a multi-million-pound capital programme.
