This Dozer Operator role offers consistent, long-term work and a supportive site environment.

The Role

• Operate bulldozers to carry out grading, levelling, and bulk earthmoving tasks on site
• Work closely with site supervisors, groundworkers, and plant operators to deliver project plans
• Use GPS machine control systems to achieve accurate levels and efficient outputs
• Carry out daily machine checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation
• Follow site drawings, levels, and health and safety procedures at all times

We''re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Dozer Operator or heavy equipment operator on construction or civils sites
• GPS experience (machine control systems)
• Valid Safety Critical Medical
• Dozer certification: NPORS or CPCS is essential for this role
• Strong awareness of site safety and ability to follow instructions accurately
