Doors Engineer Job Overview

Service, repairs and installation of different types of automatic doors, gates and barriers, provides technical expertise and quality customer service.Attend sites across the central belt of Scotland.Diagnose faults and carry out effective troubleshooting and corrective actions across a variety of sitesEnsure all work complies with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and customer requirementsMaintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients and internal teamsParticipate in a standby rota to provide emergency call-out support as neededStay up to date with technical developments and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesWork independently or as part of a team across commercial and residential propertiesRepresent the company professionally on-site, fostering strong customer relationships through reliable and efficient service
