The Doorperson will play a key role in creating an exceptional resident experience, delivering a warm sense of arrival and fond farewell whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, and security. Doorperson Key Responsibilities Welcome residents, guests, visitors, and contractors with a professional and hospitable approach at all times Create a positive sense of arrival and departure through exceptional customer service and resident engagement Build strong relationships with residents, maintaining awareness of individual preferences and requirements Assist residents and guests with luggage, shopping, deliveries, transport arrangements, and directions as required Support the concierge and security teams in maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the development Monitor access control procedures and report any security concerns or incidents appropriately Assist with incoming parcel, food, and shopping deliveries, ensuring ..... full job details .....
