Domiciliary Carers Needed

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants and Senior Carers to provide essential support and assistance to our amazing service users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting vulnerable young and senior citizens including experience in home care and domiciliary care settings, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or live-in care arrangements. With your experience and our continuous training, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalised care and companionship while supporting them to attain independent healthcare outcomes.Duties
Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.Assist with meal preparation (where required) and ensure proper nutrition for clients.Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including behaviour management strategies when necessary.Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.Support clients with mobility assistance, including heavy lifting when required.Document patient care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality of client information.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive case management of client needs.Experience
Previous experience in homecare services or a related field is preferred, particularly in senior care environments such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities.Willingness and readiness to be trained in case of no previous domiciliary care experience.Familiarity with basic first aid practices is advantageous.Experience with Alzheimer’s and dementia care is highly desirable.A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients as needed. This may be excluded if you live local.Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential for success in this role.
