About the Role
We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to support individuals living in their own homes across Staines, Byfleet and Egham.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
• Supporting clients with medication in accordance with their care plans
• Preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking
• Supporting mobility and the safe use of mobility equipment
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with light household duties
• Supporting clients with appointments, shopping and community activities
• Accurately completing care records and daily notes
• Reporting any concerns or changes in a client''s health or wellbeing
• Promoting each client''s dignity, independence, choice and privacy
• Following safeguarding, health and safety, and infection-control procedures

Requirements

• Previous care experience is desirable, although full training may be provided
• A caring, patient and respectful approach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including some evenings and weekends
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required due to the community-based nature of the role
• Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check and relevant employment checks
• Applicants must already have the unrestricted right to work in the UK
