We support a variety of clients with varying needs of assitance and a vast collection of interesting personalities.

Experience in care provision is not essential as full training support and supervision will be provided by our experienced team of Managers and Domiciliary Carers,-what is essential is an open and honest kind and caring personality and-good listening skills.

We offer enhanced pay rates for care experience, care qualifications and specifically for working early mornings, evenings and weekends.

We offer a variety of employment contracts to suit your individual preferences and availability-including

• Contracted hours
• Flexible working (bank)
• Self employed

Drivers with their own cars are preffered due to some remote locations of our clients, however we do have part time hours available for non drivers based in Swanage.
