Tender Caregivers is looking for dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to support people in their own homes and local communities. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely cares about helping people remain safe, comfortable and independent at home. You may be supporting older adults, people living with dementia, individuals with physical disabilities, people recovering from illness, or adults who need daily support with personal care, medication prompts, meals, mobility, companionship and general wellbeing. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have experience in homecare, domiciliary care, reablement, supported living, residential care, nursing homes, mental health support, learning disability support or community care. About the role As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will visit people in their homes to provide safe, respectful and person-centred care. You will support each person in line with their care plan, promoting dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing at all times.
