Location: Teignbridge & surrounding areas
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Driving: Full UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle required

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established care provider for Domiciliary Care Workers to support individuals in their own homes across the local area.

The Role

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting clients with personal care and daily routines
Assisting with medication where required
Preparing meals and supporting with household tasks
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting individuals to maintain their independence
Assisting clients with dementia and other care needs
Following individual care plans
Maintaining accurate care records
Reporting any concerns regarding a client''s health or wellbeing

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

Caring, compassionate and patient
Reliable and responsible
Comfortable providing personal care
A good communicator
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Passionate about providing high standards of care
Previous care experience is desirable, although training can be provided for the right candidate

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
