We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to join our team across Peterborough. You will support individuals with a range of care needs, illnesses and disabilities, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, wellbeing and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred care and support in service users own homes. Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting. Support with continence care and personal hygiene. Assist with morning and bedtime routines. Provide medication support in line with care plans and agreed responsibilities. Prepare meals and drinks according to individual preferences and dietary needs. Support mobility and the safe use of mobility aids and equipment. Complete accurate care records and documentation.
