Are you caring, reliable and passionate about helping people maintain their independence?

We are recruiting Domiciliary Care Workers to join an established care provider supporting adults across Southend-on-Sea and the surrounding areas.

You''ll provide person-centred care within people''s own homes, helping individuals remain as independent, safe and comfortable as possible while ensuring their dignity, choices and preferences are always respected.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming and continence care

- Providing medication support in line with your training

- Preparing meals and drinks

- Helping with light household tasks and maintaining a safe home environment

- Supporting individuals to attend appointments and access their local community

- Completing accurate care records and reporting any concerns

- Travelling between clients in your own vehicle

What We''re Looking For

You will need:

- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle - essential

- A caring, compassionate and professional approach

- Reliability and strong communication skills

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

- An understanding of safeguarding

- Previous care experience or a willingness to undertake full training

An NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care, or previous experience supporting vulnerable adults or people living with dementia, would be advantageous but isn''t essential.
