Domiciliary Care Staff

A number of Care staff required for Immediate start for a Private Company based in Winchester.

Driving license required and the use of your own car.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Support with medication prompts
• Help with meal preparation and light household duties
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Promote independence and dignity
• Maintain accurate care records
• Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures

• Caring, patient, and trustworthy nature
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Previous care experience desirable but not essential (training provided)
