This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-demand, stable service with strong existing care packages already in place.This is a pivotal leadership role requiring a balance of operational excellence, commercial awareness, and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strong, visible leadershipOversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and compliant service deliveryDrive sustainable growth of private and local authority care packagesMaintain full compliance with CQC standards and ensure high-quality care deliveryManage staffing, rotas, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategiesTake responsibility for branch performance, KPIs, and financial targetsBalance quality care delivery with commercial performance and profitabilityParticipate in an on-call rota to support operational requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, professionals, and commissionersEnsure robust care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures are in placeLead by example in promoting a positive, accountable, and high-performance cultureEssential RequirementsProven experience in ..... full job details .....
