Domiciliary Care Manager

Bright Selection is delighted to be working with a leading national provider of home care is the appointment of Registered Manager for their brand new branch in Eastbourne. As the Registered Manager with CQC, you will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, ensuring the highest standards of care is provided to clients in their own homes. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulationsLeading and supporting a team of care coordinators and care staffManaging care plans, assessments, and ensuring person-centred supportDriving business growth while maintaining high-quality care deliveryEnsuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients and their familiesRequirements: Proven experience in a domiciliary care management roleStrong leadership and organisational skillsA good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirementsExcellent communication skills to engage with staff, clients, and stakeholdersA Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)A full UK driving licenceSalary and benefits:Salary 40,000 - 45,000pa DOSEA rewarding role where you can make a real difference in people''s livesSupport for professional development and career progression Please contact Neil at Bright Selection for more information.
