Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised, compassionate, and proactive care coordinator to join our team. The Role As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of care services. You will be responsible for coordinating care staff rotas, liaising with service users and care workers, and ensuring care is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with CQC standards. This is a fast-paced, office-based role that requires excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
